Interactive public art installation

Collaboration with TRLabs, Regina

This is a public art installation combining art, engineering and new technology. The site is the City of Regina, Bus Route #4. The main location is a Bus, which is housed with a GPS system, 4 monitors and a computer. There are 6 cameras located at 6 major bus stops along the route. The passengers sitting on the bus see real time images of the next major bus stop on one monitor and a composite of past images on the next. They move along the route, viewing the past and present simultaneously. There is an interactive virtual bus route and website as well.
